Australia
Delivery within Australia takes 1-3 business (VIC and NSW), 4-6 business days (other states and country).
International
We ship worldwide. We ship by air mail from Australia, it usually takes 7-10 business days (USA & Asia), 8-12 business days (UK), 10-18 business days (Europe) from time of shipment to arrival. Due to international customs it can take up to 20 working days.
We also ship via ECI -Express Courier International (2-3 business days delivery worldwide) from the day of shipment. If you need your boots sooner and this is an option that you would prefer, please choose Best Way (ECI)shipping. Once shipped we will email you a tracking number which can be tracked via
www.auspost.com.au or www.usps.com (US customers only)
Insurance
Please note that some countries do not provide or allow insurance with airmail shipping and can only be shipped via EMS. The following countries are:
Barbados, Bermuda, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, East Timor, Falkland Islands, Guatemala, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Lebanon, Malta, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam.
Return Policy
We stand by our 100% Genuine, made in Australia sheepskin footwear!
We will provide a refund if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) less any freight costs for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered*. Within 7 days of receipt.
Please choose the size carefully by using our measurements as a guide. If you are not sure Contact Us.
We will exchange the footwear for incorrect sizing less any freight costs. If returning the footwear we recommend air mail, this will take 5-12 business days as opposed to surface mail which can take a lot longer. You must e-mail us prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. We will then give you the contact point for the return.
It is the discretion of AIC Sheepskin Footwear to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 20% re-stocking fee.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We know it can be difficult to choose the perfect product online, which is why we are pleased to provide a simple exchange and refund process.
AIC UGG is happy to honour our customers with an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase for any goods purchased, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.

How Long will it take to process my refund?
If you meet the above criteria allow 7 business days from when we receive the returned goods for an exchange or refund to be processed, subject to your bank policy. We will contact you via email to send us your bank details including BSB and account number. We will refund you with the total and include your invoice number as a reference.

We can only exchange items of the same style. If you want to exchange for a different style, please use the steps above to first return the unwanted item, and then purchase the new item separately.

What you will need to know before returning your item/s

Any returns, exchanges or refunds will be processed by AIC UGG only if the customer has purchased the product/s through our official AIC UGG website www.aicsheepskinfootwear.com.au

Items purchased through retail stores must be returned back to the retail store for processing as in-store policies may vary with online. Please check directly with the retail store for further information.

Items purchased through 3rd party websites must be returned to the place of purchase for exchange/refund.

All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Any customer wishing for a direct exchange or refund must send back the purchased goods in their original and unworn condition in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds and Exchanges are to be made within 10 days from the order date.
Disclaimer
Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who will do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. It is a responsibility of a parcel recipient to collect the parcel in a due manner, the post will normally hold the parcel for 1-2 weeks. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
